“Before joining Swanfit I hated the gym and basically all exercise and was really struggling to get rid of that final 5kg and tone up. Sophie and Tom have been amazing with the 10 week transformation program which is tailored with nutrition, is maintainable and actually works. All the girls and the gym are great and it’s a really welcoming and friendly environment. Sophie and Tom are super patient and helpful with teaching you the exercises (I could barely do a proper squat) and you don’t just feel like another number. Never thought I would love the gym but the classes are incredible, they always mix them up and it feels like a cross between group fitness and PT sessions, and you can go at your own level while still being challenged. The times are really convenient around work too. Super grateful and happy with the results so far, couldn’t recommend highly enough.”
