Our group fitness classes are limited to 20 people per class with 2 trainers, this means that you are getting the experience of a personal trainer for an affordable price. We pride ourselves on the focus we put into teaching our clients perfect technique throughout the sessions, ensuring they are performing to their best ability & getting the most value for their money possible.

Membership cancellation policy
- Month to month = 30 days paid notice
- 6 month = 25% of remaining costs owing
