The end of the year often creeps up on you, with it bringing a large helping of motivation to drag yourself off the couch and get your body into Summer shred mode.

As the days get longer and lighter, excitement for summer builds. Until, you try on your bikini for the first time in months and instantly regret those late-night McDonalds runs, or the pizza and ice-cream while watching movies with girlfriends.

Right now, our mission is to help as many girl’s possible feel confident in their own skin wearing a bikini this Summer.

But to anyone who’s ever tried to diet before, it is HARD. This is why we don’t put you on a strict diet of chicken & broccoli for every meal. We teach you the right fids to be eating to help fuel your body. Temptation is everywhere we understand that, however our 24/7 support & guidance is the reason why our clients have such success.

 It’s hard to know where to start, what exercises to do, how much cardio vs weight training you should be doing. That’s why our small group training sessions cover all the elements in one class, leaving you with all those good endorphins on a high after your session.
